New Customer Questionaire
We deliver fuel to you based on our automatic degree-days system or, if you prefer, you can call for your own deliveries. As for price discounts, we offer a senior citizen discount plus a significant discount for payment within 10 days of delivery. We have a minimum delivery policy of 150 gallons and we can usually deliver to you either the same day or within the next business day.

These are the basic questions we would ask if you called us to join Taylor Oil. After you fill out and submit this questionnaire , we will contact you by phone to answer any further questions you have and, if you are interested, sign you up as a customer. Also, you have our promise that this information will not be re-distributed to companies that purchase mailing list information UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
